Una iniciativa de la Asociación India de QRO para promover una mejor salud entre la ciudadanía.
Una invitación para que los habitantes de QRO adopten un estilo de vida más saludable a través de actos sencillos pero poderosos como caminar y correr diariamente. Reconociendo la creciente necesidad de prácticas de salud accesibles y sostenibles, la IAQ ha establecido una alianza con Relaciones Internacionales QRO y la Secretaría del Deporte QRO, asegurando que sea inclusiva y adaptable para todas las edades y niveles de condición física.
La IAQ visualiza la India México Friendship Run como un movimiento impulsado por la comunidad y un propósito compartido entre sus participantes. Es una oportunidad para que personas y familias se conecten, se motiven mutuamente y construyan colectivamente un QRO más saludable. ¡Un paso a la vez!
An Initiative by Indian Association of QRO to foster better health among the citizens. A call to encourage residents of QRO to embrace a healthier lifestyle through simple yet powerful act of daily walking and running. Recognizing the growing need for accessible and sustainable health practises IAQ has partnered with International Relations QRO, Ministry of Sport QRO to be inclusive and adaptable for all ages and fitness level
